The Rowe Technologies SeaWATCH ADCP is a compact and versatile instrument that produces precise current profile measurements over extended ranges, with a variety of frequency (300 kHz, 600 kHz, 1200 kHz) and depth rating options (300m, 3000m, 6000m). SeaWATCH ADCPs can be deployed on buoys, moorings or sea-floor structures, and are well-suited for meteorological and wave data acquisition, coastal engineering site assessment, oil and gas exploration and drilling, and other coastal and offshore oceanographic applications.
The SeWATCH ADCP includes a number of user-programmable features and settings, including a variety of acoustic transmission options (broad band, narrow band and pulse-to-pulse coherent technologies), and signal processing options to facilitate acquisition of precise and high-accuracy measurements. Multi-use configuration enables three-axis current profile and bottom or water track velocity measurements, and optional external battery pressure housings are available for extended deployments.
